BLAC-STAT™ is made from a single layer of carbon-loaded polyethylene. BLAC-STAT’s™ conductivity does not depend on humidity. It is non-abrading, does not contaminate components it comes in contact with, despite repeated use, and is groundable.
Best applications are for packaging of static sensitive components where electrostatic discharge or tribo-charging is a concern or requirement, for ESD sensitive areas when clean and permanent ESD protection is required.
